Hot Yoga 60™/Hot Yoga 90™

A form of Hatha yoga, beginner series, 26 poses + 2 breathing exercises, performed once in 60 minute class and twice in 90 minute class, in identical sequence, in a heated environment. The heat allows for deeper stretching, injury prevention, stress relief, and detoxification. It focuses on expanding lung capacity and causing the heart to pump extra, re-oxygenated blood to the muscles and organs. The influx of this freshly charged blood is thought to eliminate bacteria, virus and toxins in the blood. 60 & 90 minutes

 

Hot Flow 60™/Hot Flow 75™

Yoga ClassesYour body flows (vinyasa) through each asana (pose) with synchronized breath on every inhale and exhale as you move flowing and almost dance-like. Faster paced and a little more challenging than Hot Yoga. Performed in a heated environment. Strengthen, balance, detoxify, re-energize your body and mind. Synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body. 60 & 75 minutes

Hot Power 60™/Hot Power 75™

This is our most energizing, challenging and powerful vinyasa flow class that provides a thorough experience highlighting asana, meditation and inquiry. Expect to move, sweat, breathe, and leave transformed! It offers a true immersion into your physical and mental self. It emphasizes the flow of breath while moving with strength and grace from pose to pose, all in a heated environment. Both aspiring and advanced yogis, young and old, can modify each posture and create their own individual experience. The result is a yoga practice that rinses and detoxifies the mind and body, while building strength and flexibility on and off the mat. 60 & 75 minutes

  

Keiki Yoga™

Created especially for ages 3-5 in an non-heated (room temperature) environment. Enhances physical flexibility, refines balance and coordination, develops focus and concentration, boots self-esteem and confidence, strengthens the mind-body connection and a WHOLE LOT OF FUN! 60 minutes

 

Lil' Kahunas Yoga™

Created especially for ages 6-11 in an non-heated (room temperature) environment. Enhances physical flexibility, refines balance and coordination, develops focus and concentration, boots self-esteem and confidence, strengthens the mind-body connection and a WHOLE LOT OF FUN! 60 minutes

 

Small Groups/Private & Semi-Private Instruction

Adults and children receive detailed instruction on asana (postures). Small Groups (4+ students), Private (one-on-one) and semi-private (2-3 students) classes are available and accessible to those desiring more detailed and personal instruction. Attention is paid to proper alignment, breath and to developing a practice that you can do on your own. You receive the personal attention of the instructor of your choice dedicated to helping you cultivate your practice, regardless of your level of ability or experience. 60, 90 & 120 minutes
