Hot Barre™

A total-body workout utilizing the ballet barre and/or your body weight to perform small isometric movements (concentrating on hips, thighs, seat, abdominals and arms) performed in a heated room. Low-impact, isometric movements target and tone targeted areas of your body, protecting your joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Creates long, lean muscles without bulk. 60 minutes


Pilates-Barre Fusion™

Get the best of both worlds with our Pilates-Barre Fusion class! This non-impact workout mixes traditional Pilates exercises and isometric barre techniques and shakes it up by integrating props like magic circles and balls to challenge every muscle of the body. Many benefits: increased core strength, improved range of motion, a lifted and tighter butt, improved posture, relief from back pain, long and lean thighs, as well as toned sculpted arms. You'll leave class feeling long, lean, strong, and sculpted. The Pilates Barre Fusion class continues to burn fat long after class has ended. 75 minutes


Hot Pilates™ 

Helps build a strong core, flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back performed in a heated room. Emphasis is on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance. 60 minutes


HOT HULA fitness® 

Provides a "total body workout" as it isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms. Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands and incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout. 60 minutes


Tabata Bootcamp™

Tabata Bootcamp™ is an 8 week group training program that is based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) using the 20-10 Microburst Training Protocol. Receive easy and individually formatted programs from a certified trainer, and participate in weekly workouts that will result in true, successful weight loss and muscle gain. These exercises are combined with metabolic tracking, and 24/7 web support that help deliver amazing body transformation results. 30-60 minutes
